I’ve had the opportunity to see Tim and Helen in action, and their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for people is truly impressive. They bring integrity, expertise, and trust to the real estate market. Anyone who works with them is in great hands.

Tim Hur was our agent for the second time around as we got back into the housing market. He listened closely to what we were looking for, took the time to educate and advise us, and were always there in the background making sure we were protected as first-time homeowners. Thanks to Tim, we found the house that feels just right for us. Great folks, great work ethics. Can’t ask for better.

Tim is a great realtor and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a realtor. He assisted me through the whole process of selling my house. He's knowledgeable and made the entire process seem effortless. He was always there to answer any questions that I may have, even after business hours. Tim is definitely great at what he does and seems to enjoy what he does too. I give him 5-star rating on all categories!

Tim did a lot of background work to get familiar with the area and process required for our purchase in Mineral Bluff. We love working with Tim's team and will continue to do so in the future.
